The Lord woke me early on Christmas morning with this word.

I will continue to renew my people in various places and in various times.
Renewal will continue throughout the world, but it is not the destination,
it is just part of the journey. I have much more for you that I want to give
to my people and you must not covet renewal, it has its purpose. I want to
give to my people the treasure of the Kingdom, the armor of my army, and
the raimant of a Bride. Do not resist my Spirit, or pursue refreshing when I
am leading you into things that you do not know or understand. You must
trust Me in this for what is ahead is unlike the past. I have you in the palm
of My hand. Nothing will touch you that I don't allow if you will walk obedient
to my Spirit.

I have placed in you a new experience of My presence. I have taken you
deeper in intimacy and that will be a foundation for what I have for you.
I will renew you from time to time, but it will not be in the meeting place
but on the highway - in the hidden place, along the journey. I have
accomplished much in you. You know my Spirit much deeper than
before, and you will know Him deeper than you do. I am teaching
you obedience to Him. I am going to teach you a new warfare. I am
teaching you the difference between good and evil.
